New Style with Panasonic Lumix DMC-G1

Most photography lover when buying a camera most of them are always come around with two options in mind whether a compact camera or SLR camera. It will be depend on their purposes if they don`t like to bring more equipments like lenses tripod etc, when want to go out for hunting picture, perhaps compact camera must be best choice. But when the user want have best qulity of picture and have more varieties of images on shooting, of course SLR camera will be the choice in which types of lenses may be replace with other lens and of course has more capability then compact camera.

However, the body weight of SLR camera is heavier than compact camera, beside the lenses they have bring more lenses together when going out for hunting pictures. now what belong to photography lover favor namely to have compact camera but has capability and quality as like as SLR camera.

Last few month, one of the famous camera producer, Panasonic lunched new camera Panasoinic Lumix DMC-G1 to fulfill photography lover needs. This camera has 12 mega pixel as the first camera which combining compact camera with SLR lens which has lighter body, so it makes this camera may be categorized as compact camera that enable the user to replacing the lense with the other lenses.

Lumix G1 also using Four Thirds System or 4/3 system that usual used by digital SLR. And the body seems smaller than SLR camera, Panasonic call camera DMC-G1 as the first camera which using Micro Third Fours system in the world. Panasonic seems like has created new standard camera with 4/3 system micro. It is different than usual 4/3 camera system, In Lumix G1 there is no internal bocks lens as we find in most digital SLR camera. By using third system the thickness of camera from the flange back only 20 millimeters, unlike common digital SLR camera with has about 40 millimeters.

Never worrying about about this camera, Panasonic Lumix G1 used special lens, all SLR camera lenses using 4/3 can be used in this camera, Lumix G1 also completed with View Finder like other digital SLR camera with 460 thousand resolutions. Lumix G1 built-in censor eyes feature, when the user`s eye come nearest the View Finder, the censor will detect it and automatically turn off its 3 inches LCD screen in order to save the battery power.
